Congratulations to Butson Lincoln,LLC, (Seller) and Amba Hotel,LLC on the sale of the Comfort Inn, Lincoln NH. The transfer of this 81 room, four story, interior hotel closed on Wednesday September 12, 2012. Amba Hotel had been operating the hotel since July 1, 2012 under a lease arrangement and purchase agreement. The hotel was never activly offered for sale but our client and owner had been in discussions with me about a possible sale and I felt that we were already working with the perfect group as potential buyers. We were able to negotiate the lease purchase as a means for the new owner to receive the summer revenues. The financing was arranged through Marc Poyant of Northway Bank in North Conway NH.
