The New London Inn, situated in the heart of the idyllic New England town of New London, has 24 rooms, a tavern and dining room, and a double-decker porch with mountain views. The property at 116-121 Key Road in Keene consisted of a two acre site and a four story partially completed hotel which the buyer will demolish, per requirement by the city of Keene. The property is to be a future development site, and the transaction was executed swiftly since Wason had prompt communication with the buyers and the ability to craft a selling agreement in quick time.
