Jim Doucette has worked as a licensed real estate broker in Maine and New Hampshire for over 40 years. Transactions have included a broad range of properties – from larger acreages, challenging 1031 exchange transactions, and hospitality sales. His experience in governmental positions, such as planning and zoning boards as well as local land trusts benefits his clients in development, redevelopment, and properties with large amounts of acreage.
