Peter Annon has more than 35 years of experience as a certified public accountant (CPA), Registered Financial Consultant, and is a licensed real estate salesperson. He has provided his services to business owners, real estate developers, management companies, and hospitality firms throughout New England. Peter is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). 

Peter’s expertise in commercial real estate transactions includes reducing federal and state tax obligations for hospitality transactions through the use of Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, installment sales, asset allocations, and other strategies to maximize after-tax returns. He helps clients maximize their financial returns by assessing the effectiveness of a property’s operation, as well as evaluating the potential for repositioning opportunities. He has helped numerous clients complete exchanges into triple net investment properties.
