It’s been a very busy summer both at hotels and restaurants but also on the transaction front. We have closed a number of sales in the last couple of months and have agreements on others to close before the end of the year. The good news is that some of the closed transactions did not involve lender participation in that they were arms length sales negotiated by Wason Associates directly between the owner and the buyer. • 33 room Windsong Motor Inn at the Interesection of Rt 25 and Rt 16 in West Ossipee, NH
• 7500 Square Foot Muddy Rudder Restaurant, Rt 1, Yarmouth Maine
