Guestroom finishes include rustic décor; all rooms and common spaces have Wi-Fi access; and many rooms have flat screen televisions, gas fireplaces, and Jacuzzi tubs. The House also features a reception area, dining room with windows and views, bar/lounge, a fully-updated kitchen, and an expansive function room.
The secondary building is the 2-story Hill House, containing 8 guestrooms with motifs similar to those in the Sunset Hill House. Rooms have private baths with double, queen, or king size beds. The property is also home to the oldest golf course in New Hampshire, established in 1897 on 26+ acres with spectacular views. The golf course’s clubhouse embodies the charm of New Hampshire’s North Country, with all wood construction, covered porch, wooden deck, and gas fireplace.
The transactions were negotiated between lender owner and the buyer, Richard Green and Sally Carter, by Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group.
