Earle Wason, CCIM
Earle Wason has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He maintains excellent relationships with the fastest growing hotel companies in the Northeast and other commercial real estate and hotel brokers in New England. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Earle has held positions as the president of the New England CCIM Chapter and New Hampshire Commercial and Investment Division of the NH Association of Realtors.
Earle specializes in the structure and management of all aspects of hospitality transactions and has brokered more than 200 hotel/motel and resort sales in the past 20 years. Many of the clients Earle worked with in the early years of Wason Associates started with one or two hotels and now have more than 35 hospitality properties. Earle takes great pride in his longstanding reputation for the confidential brokerage of hospitality properties and the lifelong partnerships he has formed over the years.
Peter Annon, CPA, RFC

Peter Annon has more than 30 years of experience as a certified public accountant (CPA), Registered Financial Consultant, and is a licensed real estate salesperson. He has provided his services to business owners, real estate developers, management companies, and hospitality firms throughout New England. Peter is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Peter’s expertise in commercial real estate transactions includes reducing federal and state tax obligations for hospitality transactions through the use of Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, installment sales, asset allocations, and other strategies to maximize after-tax returns. He helps clients maximize their financial returns by assessing the effectiveness of a property’s operation, as well as evaluates the potential for repositioning opportunities. He has helped numerous clients complete exchanges into triple net investment properties.
Joe Cardillo, Broker

Joe Cardillo has a diverse business background that encompasses sales, management, finance, ownership experience, and expertise in the retail and hospitality industry. He is a graduate of the University of Albany in New York where he earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing and business administration. After graduation, Joe moved to New Hampshire where he gained valuable experience in management in the hospitality industry.
Over the past 10 years, Joe has completed numerous hospitality transactions, throughout the region and specifically in Vermont and New York. He has garnered a strong reputation for his attention to detail, assistance, and ability to close difficult transactions.
Joe has also served several terms in various government positions where he acquired experience in zoning and planning issues that often relate to real estate development. This experience helps him better serve our clients in their hospitality real estate purchases and initial planning process.
Jim Doucette, Broker
Jim Doucette has worked as a licensed real estate broker in Maine and New Hampshire for over 30 years. Transactions have included a broad range of properties – from larger acreages, challenging 1031 exchange transactions, and hospitality sales. His experience in governmental positions, such as planning and zoning boards as well as local land trusts benefits his clients in development, redevelopment, and properties with large amounts of acreage.
He takes great pride in his ability to problem solve and listen to the needs of his clients as they grow their portfolios or seek exit strategies. His three decades of experience and professionalism helps his clients in even the most challenging transactions.
