Wason Associates negotiates the sale of the Wentworth Inn

(Jackson, NH l December 14, 2021) – Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Historic Wentworth Inn located in Jackson, New Hampshire to AE Wentworth, LLC.  

AE Wentworth purchased the charming 61-guestroom Inn on October 21, 2021. Earle Wason CCIM of Wason Associates represented the seller and presented the property.  

Nestled in the valley of the White Mountains, The Wentworth Inn is one of the last remaining hotels in New England that maintains a historic atmosphere with all the modern amenities and upgrades. The hotel has been owned by the same successful owner-operators for nearly 30 years. The Wentworth Inn also abuts a golf course and cross-country ski trails; boasts a prime location in the center of Jackson, a year-round destination minutes from four well-known ski resorts in New Hampshire; and is not far from nearby urban cities like Boston and Portland.
