These two properties closed out a highly successful year for Wason Associates in which our brokers oversaw the successful transfer of numerous hospitality properties.
Mountain Edge Resort & Spa resembles an Adirondack-style attraction and features 600-1800 square foot one- and two-bedroom luxury hotel suites. Turnstone will have Life House manage the property, which will eventually be rebranded as a local boutique hotel with elevated interiors and finishes, as well as upgraded amenities and unique programming for guests.
