Situated at the end of a quiet road in the Mt. Washington Valley of New Hampshire, the unique 30-room property offers both standard one-room guestrooms as well as two-bedroom suites with picturesque views of the area’s famous White Mountains. The interior corridor-style hotel also boasts a cozy lounge area, 2 swimming pools, an exercise room, and a tennis court. Just south of North Conway Village, the inn is part of one of the Northeast’s most thriving resort communities.
The transaction between Forest Glen Inn Association, Inc. and The Garg Family under the management group New England Hotels Group presented a unique challenge, which required 100% of the property’s 1,000+ timeshare owners to agree to the transaction prior to the final sale,” Earle stated: “I am pleased that Jim and I were able to work together again to reach a mutually beneficial agreement that finalized a successful transfer of the Forest Glen Inn to The Garg Family.” The property has undergone a well planned capital improvement plan since the purchase and is now one of the many successful hotel operations within the Mt Washington Valley.
